While it is not required for you to be home to receive your order, it is recommended that you choose a delivery day and time range when you will be home to receive your order. Please check your email on the day of your delivery to know when your order has been delivered.

2. Will my order still be fresh if am not home to receive it?

All cheesecakes are baked fresh and delivered with icepacks to ensure they stay cool during delivery. However, warm temperatures could affect this. Please try your best to have someone home to receive your order.

3. How long will the cheesecakes last?

Cheesecakes should last 3-5 days refrigerated and up to 2 months frozen!

4. I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

5. I am ordering these as a gift, what should I do?

Please ensure you list your email address and include the recipient's phone number to ensure a proper delivery.
